Our payment procedure is honest, straight forward and without any hassle. Here at Hyb-Chem Laboratory, we believe in keeping our word by sending you your order in the safest, fastest most discreet way possible- but what is most important is this- proving the critics wrong. Accepted payments are through either WESTERN UNION OR MONEYGRAM. We do not accept PayPal much less any traditional bank based wire transfer. Your safety and privacy is our #1 priority (and of course so is ours)!

Q: What is the entire process as to how I would order exactly?

We ONLY accept wire transfer payments via WESTERN UNION OR MONEYGRAM.

To order is very simple:

All you have to do is just go to the contact page, fill out our contact form and provide us with the products you wish to buy (how much and also the currency type) and also your name, delivery address (make sure this part is filled out correctly) and contact number.

Note: If you are interested in purchasing any precious stones, in the SUBJECT LINE write "Precious Stones" and which special stone you prefer. For purchasing or renting out our new currency cleaning machine, in the SUBJECT LINE write "Cleaning Machine" and just specify if you're interested in either purchasing or renting out.

Q: Could you be a bit more specific about the entire ordering process?

Gladly! Upon receipt of the above details, we shall be forwarding to you an invoice generated from our laboratory with the address of our accountant to whom you shall be making payment to. Once payment is done all you have to do from this point is get back to us with all payment details.

Q: Finally, is there anything else I should know before placing my order?

Once that is confirmed, we will proceed immediately with registration and subsequent delivery of your package. We shall also send you tracking details of your package so that from time to time you can be checking on the status. Once your payment has been officially docked into our system and our accountant receives your order, we will then grab your order from our warehouse which will then be followed by us shipping your parcel to the address that you provided and lastly, send you a tracking number so this way you know 100% where your product is located at all times.
